Dr Brendan is a phone repair company based in New York City specializing in Apple products. These include MacBooks, iPhones, iPads and various related products.
Dr Brendan wanted to redesign his website to get more customers through organic search results and outrank established competitors.
They had started a Wix website that was in need of improvement for better user experience. They also had a simple logo and brand that they wanted to improve.
Project Scope
We kicked off the project with research into the competitors in the mobile repairs industry to see what they were doing, what was working well for them and any opportunities we could pursue to get Dr Brendan the best results.
We took a content-first approach and created locally optimised and keyword targeted website pages and content which would funnel the visitors to the successful conversion.
The website design was structured around the key goal of getting website visitors to call Dr Brendan and make an appointment for a free diagnostic at their service center in New York City.
Project Outcome
The overall website design was modern, bold and clean with a style that compliments Dr Brendan’s brand. Without any additional marketing, Dr Drendan has been able to get a consistent and growing customer base through the calls received via the website ranking highly in Google search.
